Tank Tracker does not collect, store, share or sell any personal information. Everything you enter stays on your own device.
What the app does with your information
Tank Tracker helps pilots keep track of the fuel in each tank. The numbers you enter, such as starting fuel, totalizer readings, switch times, fuel at destination and fuel flow, are saved only on your device so your flight is still there if you close the app.
- The app has no user accounts and does not ask for your name, email or any other personal details.
- The app does not send your flight information anywhere. It works fully offline, including in airplane mode.
- The app does not use analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party software development kits.
- The app does not access your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
Notifications
If you turn on Switch alert, the app asks for permission to send notifications. These reminders are scheduled on your device and are not sent through any server. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your device's Settings.
Deleting your information
Tap New flight in the app to clear the current flight. Deleting the app removes everything it saved on your device. On the web version, clearing your browser's website data for this site does the same.
Children
Tank Tracker is intended for pilots and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If the app ever begins collecting information, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.
